Liked: Very clean with a very comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was great!

Liked: There was nothing I liked about the hotel. it looked for nice but I had no lights and no hot water.
Disliked: I felt the hotel should have sent me and anyone else who was staying a courteous email letting us know that they had no lights and hot water. They knew at 6 am Friday morning that they didn't have any lights. They could have called cooperate and had them send emails to everyone what was going on and allow the customer to decide if they wanted to still come to the hotel. Instead they let the costmers drive all the way to the hotel and then tell them. yes they did offer you your money back but what good is having your money back if you drove 2 hours and it's too late to find somewhere else to go. I felt that was very inconsiderate and not professional. Then to top it off they did not offer any discounts for the inconvenience. they could have at least offered a free day the next time someone comes to visit so the customer can SEE and ENJOY the actual hotel. Very disappointed..Not with just the lights because I understand the hotel couldn't control that but they can control the way it was handled and how the treat the costomer moving forward with some type of amenity.
