I probably won't stay again since I'm so upset about the hassle of getting these charges off my credit card for nothing! I had paid for my room in full and would have paid cash for any incidentials so I'm very upset that my card has been charged. That's not right! I was told the night I rented the movie that it was cancelled and the charge would be taken off - it wasn't. Then when I checked out I again asked about it and was told it would be taken off - it still hasn't been taken off!

Liked: Clean, friendly.
Disliked: Very upset that I had to put $40 charge on card for incidentals when I checked in and it's still on my card. Also rented a movie but when I saw it was $16.99 I called down to desk and cancelled immediately - charge is still on my card!

Liked: The staff was super friendly. The facility was overall well kept. The bed was comfortable. The check in and out process was smooth.
Disliked: The only dislike I had was the bathroom. The shower in my room was absolutely disgusting and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. There was hair and dirt everywhere.

Liked: Like that they had a room in my price range at the last minute.
Disliked: Staff wasn't what I would call great. They didn't come acoss as being happy, excited that we were guess. Kind of wandering after check-in if all guess received this royal treatment.

Liked: The room was nice and the Lobby is beautiful.
Disliked: The sofa bed was only a twin bed so we had to figure out an alternative for one of my sons. The staff was not so friendly and didn't want to honor my breakfast that was paid through booking.com. They do not have a continental breakfast and even though my meal was paid for through my registration, they preferred to serve the people who were paying at the counter ignoring my family and walking off to have several conversations about us. The staff was the worst.

Liked: I liked how close the hotel was from the Jr Olympics we attended. Really nice and clean.
Disliked: No microwave in the rooms. We stayed close to 7 days and to not be able to warm up anything is crazy and can get super expensive. We were out early so having to go all the way to the lobby to microwave something did not help with time.
