Disappointed because I love staying...

Liked: I booked the room to celebrate my daughters birthday with hopes of the kids enjoying the indoor pool..but to no avail after checking into 3 rooms, we asked about the pool and were told it was out of order
Disliked: The fact that I booked rooms as well as had someone fly in from NY for the pool

It could have been better...

Liked: The staff did upgrade me to a room with a balcony but my room was not ready when I got there I was told about 30 minutes. We went to eat came back still not ready. The kicker for me is that it was my son's birthday I searched for a hotel with an indoor pool because the weather forecast was calling for rain. Not only was the pool down for maintenance but I was informed that it has been down 2 years. I just wonder why it's even listed on your site if it's not really available. No complimentary coffee no breakfast. I will probably stay at Holiday inn Express and suites next time. The staff was great.
Disliked: The pool should not be listed as an amenity if it's been down for 2 years. Great your stuff together.

Disliked: They should offer some form of a breakfast. More than a pastry shop as well as offer free coffee in the lobby area.

Liked: The only reason I booked this stay was for the pool which has been DOWN FOR THREE YEARS. This is an issue for your website because you failed to inform me that the pool doesn't work. I reached out to get help about this and I have yet to get a response.
Disliked: I don’t like how this booking.com website is inaccurate
