Good

Liked: Bed was comfortable, the lounge area was comfortable and a great space for a large crowd.
Disliked: No complimentary coffee or breakfast. Cup of coffee was $5 I left my pillow and at hoping the staff will be able to locate it. I called the same day and the room was already booked so I was unable to look for my item. Had to leave town without it. Hoping staff will locate and be able to ship.

Liked: Only negative thing was the temp of the pool it was freezing couldn’t even get in but for a couple minutes and advertised with a hot tub but got there to find out it was filled in with concrete

Liked: I like the location and the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean!
Disliked: My tv in my room was broken and d would not work. I was told I would be compensated for my inconvenience but I never was. Overall I liked the hotel though.

Liked: Every staff member I interacted with was super nice and helpful. This sometimes can make a stay great no matter how the facilities may be. I appreciated that.
Disliked: Bathroom shower leaked onto the bathroom floor a lot. I had to clean it up with a towel it was so bad. Room 106 shower should be addressed before someone slips and falls.
