Liked: Every staff member I interacted with was super nice and helpful. This sometimes can make a stay great no matter how the facilities may be. I appreciated that.
Disliked: Bathroom shower leaked onto the bathroom floor a lot. I had to clean it up with a towel it was so bad. Room 106 shower should be addressed before someone slips and falls.

Disappointed because I love staying...

Liked: I booked the room to celebrate my daughters birthday with hopes of the kids enjoying the indoor pool..but to no avail after checking into 3 rooms, we asked about the pool and were told it was out of order
Disliked: The fact that I booked rooms as well as had someone fly in from NY for the pool

It could have been better...

Liked: The staff did upgrade me to a room with a balcony but my room was not ready when I got there I was told about 30 minutes. We went to eat came back still not ready. The kicker for me is that it was my son's birthday I searched for a hotel with an indoor pool because the weather forecast was calling for rain. Not only was the pool down for maintenance but I was informed that it has been down 2 years. I just wonder why it's even listed on your site if it's not really available. No complimentary coffee no breakfast. I will probably stay at Holiday inn Express and suites next time. The staff was great.
Disliked: The pool should not be listed as an amenity if it's been down for 2 years. Great your stuff together.
