Our experience was great other than knowing we had to hide our valuables every time we left the room. Not really any good places to eat except Bagger Dave's right next door. I was charged a $250.00 extra fee on my debit card after we got home. When I called to ask what it was for I was told it was for smoking in the room. I was given a number to call and talk with someone about this. I called and left a message and no one ever returned my call. No warning, no explanation, just charged my debit card $250.00! We even tipped the house keeping when leaving. My guests went downstairs and outside every time they had to smoke.

Liked: Nice location; close to our venue; connects to other buildings via Skywalk.
Disliked: Someone came in our room every time we left. No vent in the bathroom. Only place to eat was Bagger Dave's. Harassed by the local beggars and or/dealers that hung out by the entrances.

Close to the Intersection concert venue.

Disliked: Price.

Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: We were there for a concert- the skywalk was perfect! Parking was included and on site- always good. The room was a bit small, but clean and pleasantly decorated. Bed was very comfortable!Also, the included breakfast was fantastic!
Disliked: I would have liked it to be a bit cheaper, but wouldn't we all? I wasn't horrified at the price, and would stay there again.

Liked: This hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious in the bistro. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. Parking was easy and so convenient. We will definitely be back.
