Disliked: Room was warm when we entered. Put in AC but unit was so loud could not keep on and try and get some sleep Towels were scratchyToilet paper thin

Will avoid in future, maybe...

Disliked: They never refreshed our room over a 4 night stay. No beds made, garbage removed, let alone fresh towels. Room was never touched by them. This was not some cheap hotel stay. We asked on two different days and they failed. Apparently they don’t care. Will never stay there again. Would rather stay elsewhere and have a refresh service.

Disliked: Had no tea in the room only coffee and I couldn’t take a bath because the plug was removed.

Excellent experience with top customer...

Liked: Check in experience with the front desk guy (forget his name, but he was there Saturday night, Sunday morning and Monday during checkout process) was exceptional. Extremely friendly, kind, and made us laugh.
Disliked: TV in the room kept freezing and couldn't watch movies.
