Friendly, polite staff. Couldn’t do enough for you. Made me feel at home. The rooms were well set out and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. After the concert there was security on the doors to check you were staying there which was a great touch as it made me feel very safe. Fantastic hotel with a great team. Definitely will be back, loved my stay. 1st class service.

Liked: Fantastic location, rooms was lovely and clean with all amenities, food was lovely and children’s menu was great excellent customer service from all staff they were both polite and friendly.
Disliked: The food was lovely however I wish there had been a little more choice on the main menu- the kids menu was excellent.
