Comfy and convenient

Liked: The location was great and the bed really comfy
Disliked: The step up into the bathroom is not well signed, indeed not signed at all, I stubbed my foot several times

Liked: The facilities where just as it’s seen in the picture, the staff where excellent and prompt to every request. I love the environment and atmosphere it’s great.

Liked: Room was clean, breakfast was good
Disliked: Did not realise in advance that there was no free parking - this would have been a factor in choosing this hotel. This added £30 to our total cost. Therefore we will not be choosing this hotel for future trips.No coat hooks in the room to hang wet jackets from being out in rain, had to hang our coats and jackets on bathroom door which was not practical.

Really good airport hotel -...

Liked: Hotel was very clean, room nice, staff everywhere very good. Restaurant for dinner -really enjoyed that.
Disliked: Two slight grumbles. Pillows were very small? Bed was a little soft (for our liking that is). Main one is getting to airport from hotel - definitely consider a mini bus transfer- would make a huge difference
