Quick Stay-Over

Liked: Everything was idle for a quick stopover
Disliked: We had dinner at The Bistro on-site.To our amazement we were automatically charged a 12.5% gratuity.We always tip a 10% but the fact that it was pre-charged at a higher rate is a cheek!The waitress did say we could reverse the charge but that placed us in an awkward position which we did not appreciate at all.We did bring this to the attention of the duty manager & he just said that this is how they do it. :(

Liked: Front of house staff were amazing. Very friendly. Very helpful. Extremely welcoming.
Disliked: Lots of cleaning still going on at the hotel and around my room at 4pm. It was a tad off putting.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, v v close to airport
Disliked: Could have more signs from airport to building (coming back was fine)
