Liked: Location is perfect. As is the breakfast. Good variety. Nice food. Lots to choose from
Disliked: The lifts. As always. Too long too wait when the hotel is full. But this cannot be rectified :)

always good to stay there

Liked: I did like that the comments I made some months ago were taken under consideration.. meaning the bar staff is smiling now and super polite.
Disliked: I asked the front desk to check my door lock as the door was not closing by itself, and they said someone would fix it. I stayed two days, and no one came
