My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay very much. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. It was also spacious, with beautiful furnishings and finishes. The staff that we spoke with were very kind. We hope to visit again. Thank you!

DO NOT recommend

Disliked: The hotel charged me twice for my stay, on two separate cards, however staff is telling me they don't see the second charge. I paid for my original stay on a card weeks prior to my hotel stay, upon check out, they charged me again and I didn't find out until later when I was at the airport. I called three days in a row and was told by staff I would get a call back from the manager, never did. I had to call corporate and file a case, in which corporate told me I have to speak to the location directly. After finally hearing back from a manager, they tell me they can't see my second charge although it was clearly taken out of my account. Additionally, I paid an extra $12 a night for breakfast to be included. When I went to the checkin counter for my voucher, I was told my breakfast was not included. I told them I paid extra and he told me no. I pulled up my receipt from my online booking, he then handed me a $10 voucher (how did I pay $12 a night for a $10 voucher). On my second and last morning at this hotel, the woman at the cafe rudely told me they dont have breakfast, although it was breakfast hours and I paid for breakfast included. I will never again stay at a Marriott, and especially not at this location as they scam people out of their money. I paid TWICE for a $480.43 stay.

Disliked: The staff was a bit arrogant. Not very friendly. Check in fair - O K. Restaurant staff good except one lady seemed ( not interested. Board? The other Hispanic lady was great, friendly and was pleasant??
