Great place to stay for...

Liked: We will definitely stay here again! It was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The fire pit and outdoor area were really nice. Breakfast was great! The location was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend.

Disliked: The bathroom didn’t have good lighting, pretty dark. There was no full length mirror. The pull out sofa mattress was pretty awful. Looked gross, was not queen size, super thin and worn out looking. Pillows has zero firmness

Liked: Quiet guests. Very friendly personnel.
Disliked: Smells like a chemical factory with a pungent chemical (cleaning agent?) smell hitting you in the face each time you walk into the lobby from outside. This smell follows you into your room where it is also there. It gives one the feeling they are trying to cover up something else. Like perhaps the aging carpeting and insecticide sprayed everywhere?One is only able to slide the window open about 4-5 inches for fresh air due to blocking devices.Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Faucet handle in the shower not fixed and came off into our hands. Although a nice touch to have free omelets and waffles, having to pay extra for toast and orange juice is simply ridiculous. So you really only get half of a complementary breakfast.That this hotel is allowed to use the Marriott Courtyard name is a sad statement of Marriott’s normally high quality standards.

Liked: Desk employees were very nice and I’m sure they have nothing to do with my complaint.
Disliked: Our room had on odor that smelled like pee. After turning on fan and ac seemed better. Only handicap room available so we no choice. Had only a short stay due to morning medical surgery.

Disappointed

Liked: I picked this location for a very special day based on the fact that there was a bar. The bartender did not show up and I could have booked another hotel cheaper based on the amenities that were promised but not provided
Disliked: Don't make it seem you have amenities you don't. Good rule of thumb under promise over deliver. This hotel did the opposite and I'll be leaving the same review via Google
