Liked: First off the property charges valet parking even though most people can park themselves fine, it's a added expense that seems over the top since it's a expensive hotel. Then we arrived at 4:30 pm and the lady was still in the room from the night before, so they had gave someone else our room in meantime, so we had no pull out couch like we booked. They offered to move us the next day to correct room, offered to give us a better rate for all the issues, but took that back the following day because we went through a second party to book. Very nice staff, and nice hotel, we just ended up spending hours trying to fix problems that occurred not even by our own doings. So they did give us free parking and done Billy Bob tickets, but it made the experience real difficult.
