Exceptional

Liked: It was very conveniently located in the Stockyards. We were within walking distance to everything.
Disliked: The only thing I can fault is that we booked a king room, but received two queen beds.

Fantastic 1 night stay very...

Liked: Loved how friendly Dianne was at check in! She gave us complimentary tickets to visit Billy Bobs Honky Tonk and gave us advice for our short stay.
Disliked: I think the price for 1 night was a little high but I guess its very touristy and a popular area.

Unhelpful reservation staff

Liked: Not sure didn’t stay
Disliked: I accidentally booked this for the incorrect month whilst planning a large US holiday, realised instantly I had selected the wrong month, contacted themImmediately (within minutes) and the staff were not willing to help in any way shape or form, I then sent emails which went unread and not replied to. Wouldn’t consider this chain again
