Went to check into the hotel and I'm told I don't have a room they are full for the night. Then I'm told they are overbooked like this all the time and they can get me a room at the courtyard down the street for $60.00 more. Never once did they say I'm sorry. I've never been treated like this at any other Marriott. Would not recommend. What's the point of a reservation if you actually don't get a room reserved.

Disliked: No vacancy.

Liked: location
Disliked: The room was in rough shape. It had a hole busted in the shower surround that they had tried to caulk. Overall the property is due for some updates.
