Liked: We love the property for its convenience to the mall, restaurants etc. The staff are friendly and very efficient!

An enjoyable stay despite minor...

Liked: Easy to find, quiet location but within a short drive of many amenities and attractions. Hotel is clean and well presented. Carpets in the corridors of sleeping accommodation had clearly been replaced recently.
Disliked: Booked the rate to include breakfast but on first morning this had finished when we arrived 09:45. Sign on counter said breakfast finished weekdays at 09:30, however, website clearly stated 10:00 for weekdays and 11:00 for weekends. Reception simply said “the website is wrong, we’ll have to change that”.

Disliked: never confirmed room did not stay at hotel could not contact you by phone did not have start phone or internet. could not talk to human being at booking.com and yet you still charged me. we tried to get there because of hurricane. waited to heay from you
