Liked: Great location Nice quiet little hotelStaff was friendly
Disliked: We had a long 9-10 stay and they cleaned the room properly once, because I asked the lady out of our room. Most of the time they just picked up the trash (poorly most of the time), changed towels and 3 times, they poorly made one of the two beds (not the other and always the same one). The bistro was terrible: expensive, tasteless and took forever in give service. They have one microwave in the lobby for the whole hotel. Smart TV only for Netflix (not any other streaming platform)

Liked: The staff is so nice, especially Endelie Orvil. They were all so kind with my elderly in laws. Rosa at the bar was very nice. A solid hotel, would definitely stay here again and recommend without hesitation.

Disliked: Over the last month we stayed 3 time with you and spent $3000+. On our second to last day we specifically asked for our room to be cleaned and were assured twice it would be and it was our turn to be cleaned (second day). when we returned that evening it WAS NOT CLEANED. Very frustrating. One time it wasn't cleaned for 3 days. Not a big problem then and we can make our own beds. Most of the front desk staff were good. One wasn't but Roderick was excellent and helped us a lot. We will not sta at Marriott Courtyard again.
