Aaron greeted us warmly and recommended an amazing nearby restaurant; check in was super easy; room was exactly as pictured and expected; much privacy; highly recommend if you're seeing a show at Five Points!

Liked: Location was great. Appealing facility.
Disliked: The sofa bed was stylish but not comfortable for sleeping. We had to ask for bedding. Great place to stay

Liked: The morning staff seamed understandable. They did listen when I explained to that I didn’t get to check into my room until after 9 PM and there was no bedding available in my room as well.
Disliked: Checked in online and it said they would message when the room was available. By 9pm I still didn’t receive a message so I went to the front desk anyway! 9pm is ridiculous to check in. No bedding available, had to sleep on a bare mattress!!! We were just exhausted by this point and had no energy to look for another hotel with bedding!!

Liked: The staff at the front desk were excellent. They answered all my questions with a smiling face. It made my stay much more enjoyable.
Disliked: Distance to my work. 20 minutes drive each way.
