Hotel was nice; room clean; enjoyed my stay.

Liked: The close proximity to the Florence Civic Center, and eating areas.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Close to the highway.
Disliked: No hot water. Both the shower I had before bed and the next day didn’t even get lukewarm. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said, “it’s the city of Florence. Everyone’s hot water isn’t working.”I guess the entire town of Florence needs new hot water heaters. I paid over $140 for the night… That shower should have been one of the best things about the room. Disappointed with Marriott.

Liked: When I booked the room online it said breakfast was included with the price however I was informed it was not included. Staff was on their personal phone in the lobby and I had to wait for them to finish their call before they came to the desk. very rude this was the second/third shift.
Disliked: For the money I expected it to be nicer and include breakfast. I had a balcony room which had no view. it was the awning on the front of the building.

Liked: Location hotel chain better than most
Disliked: Know on the door at 7 we still had 3 more hours

Kind of gross, really.

Liked: Was on our route, however there were multiple other hotels right in the same area and i wish we would have booked one of those.
Disliked: The first room had plaster from the ceiling falling on the bed, bed was made but clearly sheets were not replaced, there was a cock roach in the room on the door, the hall smelled of weed, the bathroom shower was not clean. I asked for a replacement room and it was provided. It was a little better, but there was some white substance on the bed sheets and the shower was also dirty so we didn't bother to use.
