Convenient and adequate.

Liked: Staffing at front desk and in the dining area were top notch!
Disliked: Carpeting was old, and/or needed cleaning.I wasn't aware that dogs were not allowed. While making my on line reservation. I did add information explaining that I was bringing such a pet, but never heard anything back. I was shocked to learn that there was a $100 fee, that was non-refundable. Seemed steep for a clean, well- behaved trained assistance dog.

Liked: The front desk clerk was very personable and friendly.
Disliked: Was disappointed that breakfast was extra $. The room was nothing special. the desk was covered with drilled holes as if a television had been bolted down and then removed. The card key was hit and miss as to getting in the outside door. A few times I had to catch the door as another guest was leaving.
