Liked: it was very clean, beautiful, and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Liked: beautiful rooms, view , pool, lovely staff
Disliked: I didn’t like that we were moved to a block that was still being renovated and our ground floor full of furniture to go into rooms. We had a temporary key that needed to be exchanged - we were told to do that later in the afternoon, then the evening, then the next morning - it was annoying because our daughter was off to key west and needed her own key. It never materialised. Minor things - the tv didn’t work , maintenance came and still didn’t work. No shampoo etc due to the room just being completed .
