Disliked: The smell once I got off the elevator. Also, the smell entering the room. The room wasn't very clean. There were crumbs on the floor and hair in the bathroom.

Disliked: Rudest staff of all the hotels in Farmington. Front counter and the "restaurant" employees were rude and just ignored people. Tried to get a drink at 9pm said close at 10-I'm told they closed as the staff just stands behind the counter. In the morning attempted to get breakfast and coffee-was the only one there and they just looked at me and then ignored for almost 5 min. I finally just walked out. For the most expensive hotel in Farmington You wouldn't expect the staff to be so rude and unwelcoming. Very disappointing and won't be staying at a courtyard again-no one at my company will.

Liked: It was clean, looked like it’s been recently renovated.
Disliked: The pool was closed, and they have no coffee creamer. There is a star bucks in the building but I feel like I should have the option to make my own coffee and have creamer.
