overpriced for what they provide

Liked: staff were freindly
Disliked: room was really small, said on my reservation "for 3 adults, 2 children" that is absolutely not accurate. Went down stairs to get a hot coffee and a hot tea, NEITHER was available. Since there was no micro in the room, no way to have a hot tea.

Disliked: Shower area not clean and no breakfast available except what you had to buy. Petty spending without a breakfast bar

Disliked: Tried to check into our room at 5:30pm and they said our room wasn’t ready! Said they would call us when it was ready but they never did. So returned at 10pm and then was able to check in.
