Liked: odd way to serve fried / poached eggs. Timing tthe rest of your breakfast then not knowing when the eggs would arrive meant that something was always going to be cold. Unless you preferred scrambled eggs

November stay

Liked: The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They couldn't do enough to help you. The bed was huge with great pillows. The location was good and old town wasn't far.
Disliked: The window in our room was stuck open a little bit which meant there was a draft and a little noisy.

Disliked: The mattress on both beds were very poor,we had no sleep all night.They were very worn and in a dip! We told the receptionist upon paying our bill but she wasn't interested

Disliked: No bottled water in the room. Not enough milk or coffee. We had to ask for some. I wanted to buy a biscuit from the mini shop beside the reception which coast £1. I only had a £20 note but the receptionist would only accept the correct money. I found this rather inconvenient
