Felt conned over recommended car...

Liked: Good breakfast, great location, friendly staff, room was quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: Discount given to park at Omni Q-Park but no mention of it being in the Low Emission Zone, so cost an extra £90 in fine. Would expect this to be mentioned when the hotel recommended the car park. Also, lumpy bed and duvet, and not keen on the non-private bathroom with frosted glass door and gaps around the side.

Liked: breakfast - excellent service by staff, food was amazing and plenty of it - wish you had larger mugs for tea :)
Disliked: Came back after a show at the Playhouse, to have a drink before heading up to our room - the bar was very busy. Large group ordering cocktails , so the waitress took our order and showed us to a table. After 15 minutes waiting, we cancelled our order 1 person on the bar - on a Saturday evening ! disappointed.
