Liked: Common areas and Parking
Disliked: My bed had a depression in the middle. Did not sleep comfortably as a result. Shower door did no close properly. Water leaked out to the bathroom floor. Lou rig coffee machine did not work properly

A place to relax, adventure...
Liked: I bring my twin grandsons to swim. I’m from Oklahoma and I travel to new York twice a year to see them. They don’t have the freedoms to run and play with newyorks crowds and small apts. so we loved the freedom of great space and the restaurant across.
Disliked: Everyone and everything was great.

Worst experience ever
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: If I could give them a rating of zero, I would even give them even a negative one. I've never had a worse experience with hotels. It all started with me being kept at check-in for over half an hour with an infant. I understand things happen, but the staff didn’t even try to be polite or reassure me that they were doing their best. On the contrary, they acted as if I had come to their home and forced them to work. They told me that my reservation, which I made and paid online, wasn't going through, even though I had all the confirmation emails. I offered to pay for the room with a credit card, but they still told me to wait. My child really needed to sleep. She’s 8 months old. Half an hour is a long time for a child of that age. The staff showed no sympathy. Furthermore, I had requested a crib when I booked the room. It wasn’t there. The reception offered me an alternative but never delivered anything. We asked for an extra blanket; they said they’d bring one, but later said they didn’t have any. There wasn’t ANY drinking water in the room! My husband asked if we were supposed to have water in the room, and they said yes, but didn’t give it to us because we had “already checked in.” I am in such shock that a brand like Marriott is associated with such terrible service.
