Very good

Liked: On/off access to I395/I495. Also found a few restaurants/cafes/market within walking distance
Disliked: Finding out there is a $10 per day for parking if you can’t find a spot in front of the building

Liked: Very convenient location. Close to the Metro station, grocery store, and many restaurants.

Liked: I met several people at the desk who were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I was not helped and given bad information by the reception desk. I had only 2 computer outlets in my room and only one worked. I was unable to charge my watch or computer. Bathroom was not good. Shower didn't work very well. Tub was higher than the floor creating a tripping hazard. I was there a week - room was cleaned twice. Towels were 1/8th to 1/4th inch thick. This is a Marriott owned property that needs upgrading and staff training.

Liked: The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly
Disliked: Coffee wasn’t available through checkout. Had a late night Saturday and wanted coffee Sunday at 1045 and the cafe is closed.

Liked: Friendly staff from the beginning to the end of my three day stay. The room was clean. The restaurant was good. The location was great, and the local restaurants were within walking distance. The Metro was close. I loved the neighborhood community feel.

Liked: Beds are stiff. But that's a personal thing

Comfortable and clean.

Liked: It was clean and super comfortable. Very convenient with closed in courtyard for traveling with a service dog.
Disliked: The only things I didn’t like was that the location required a u turn to enter the entrance, or an extra block around to change direction. There is no breakfast included. However there is a Starbucks on location to grab a coffee and breakfast, so not a total deal breaker.
