Liked: Location was conveniently located between the airport and the hospital where we needed to visit family.Thought the breakfast was included (free), but it wasn't; that's OK. At least there was a place to get a good meal early.Plenty of private seating to meet with family members.Very helpful staff at the front desk and at the bistro.
Disliked: The outside fire pit was a nice feature, but caused the noise outside our room to go into the night.

Liked: Everything was very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay the professional staff and location to our event we had to attend. Clean comfortable and convenient location.
Disliked: It did seem a bit understaffed in the morning during check out. It was only one person working between the front desk and the breakfast area. I guess I would chalk it up to murphy's law. It may not be busy during that time normally, but when it does get busy, it would appear to not be prepared for the rush.
