Liked: The new remodel is impeccable. Spacious rooms and very clean! Even though the hotel was busy, it was very quiet during my stay. The beds are very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I try to book at the Courtyard hotels and I never ever get a courtyard view?? How come?

Liked: No free coffee? Had to purchase coffee, I don't really like Starbucks coffee, but there was NO other choice..High price for average baked goods...
Disliked: What a mess. You keep a hotel open during a big time renovation and you charge regular prices?? Thank goodness our room was newly renovated otherwise I would not have stayed here.

Comfortable and will be a great property once the remodel is complete.

Disliked: It was under a remodel and was a little disorganized. I will stay there again.

Disliked: There was no notice when booking that the hotel was under construction and no pool would be available. This should have been the first thing to mention before the booking should be completed. The rooms smelled horrible.

Terrible. Housekeeping stripped room at 10:30am. Checkout is it 12pm!

Disliked: I was overcharged $340. And now have to wait until Monday for my money to comeback. Hotel took all my money and they could only say wait until business day.
