Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: No free breakfast. Coffee in the lobby - no flavored creamers. Only one mirror in the room that is in the bathroom. Only one small trash can in the room and that too was in the bathroom. For the price you pay for this hotel I expected a few more things.

Will stay again, was prefect...
Liked: The hotel and facilities were amazing. Have never experienced a hotel fitness center as nice as this one. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice and helpful with tips about navigating the city. Walking distance to Comerica, Ford Field, and Little Caesars Arena. Felt safe walking to all of these venues and for coffee and lunch throughout the day.
Disliked: Wish the rooms had a microwave, but there was one available to use in the lobby. The fridge was also pretty small, made it tough to plan healthy meals.

There’s a lot of potential...
Liked: There were definitely some good and not-so-good moments during my stay. The valet parking was a highlight—super convenient, and the team was friendly, helpful, and ready to assist at any time. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, which I really appreciated.However, a few things took away from the overall experience. The front desk staff lacked warmth and attention to detail, which made interactions feel a bit impersonal. The hotel restaurant staff were rude, and the floors from the lobby to the restaurant were greasy, sticky, and unpleasant. Also, the room lighting could use some improvement—it felt a little too dim.There’s a lot of potential here, but better hospitality and attention to cleanliness would make a big difference.
