adequate

Disliked: The typical wall heat/cool unit was noisy...every time the AC went on (it was set on auto) it woke me up.

Very nice hotel and super...

Disliked: The outlets in the rooms need to be updated so that one can charge their devices without a block.

It was ok , but...

Liked: Staff was extremely nice.
Disliked: Rust in the toilet, but the bathtub was worse.

Disappointed. I should have asked...

Liked: Location ; Jordan Creek in West Des Moines is great‼️
Disliked: Booking.Com ; once again did not have my registration on file‼️The second time this has happened with booking.Com. Fortunately, they had a room available; at a better rate than Booking.Com. Hallway carpeting was dirty, poor air circulation- humid, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom near the vent, rusted sink stopper and evidence of a ceiling leak repair.

Liked: It was a good location, the room was comfortable and clean- staff was very friendly
Disliked: Shower pressure was a bit lacking but that is a really small complaint
