Liked: People were very nice, but couldn't fix anything
Disliked: We had no heat in our room and it was 9 degrees outside. Our tv didn't work when we got there. Staff responded and she could feel the cold air literally blowing into our room but could not fix it. She did supply us with two extra blankets. (By the way, We were in a handicapped accessible room for our daughter, and they did give us a shower chair.) Finally I was shivering so much, that my husband got up and figured out how to fix the heater. The next morning my husband also fixed the TV. Apparently there was no one on staff Saturday night to fix everything. We actually had to stay another night due to the massive snowstorm, but by then everything worked. Not impressed.

Liked: Perfect location for our purpose. Nice river/creek area in the neighborhood. Lovely surrounding.
