Liked: Excellent: well prepared; tasty; nice setting.
Disliked: Breakfast should be included in room price. We were told it was when booking room.

Liked: It was in a great location, close to everything, the bistro was available to us, the room has YouTube which my kids were excited about that.
Disliked: The sofa bed was small, twin sized. I was thinking it would be full size, that’s the normal size of a pull out sofa bed.And booking kept trying to charge my card after I’ve already paid, several times for two different amounts then sent me a receipt saying that I’ve checked out after 1 night. But we had a 2 night stay, I spoke to Gm Tom about it, he confirmed everything was good on his end. So next time I won’t be going thru booking I’ll book with courtyard directly

Liked: There was no breakfast
Disliked: The property is in bad shape. Not what we expected from a courtyard. Room was dirty, furniture had large scratches, rusted and broken bathroom fixtures. We brought guests and we were embarrassed. As we wondered why things were not better, we passed a room with housekeeping staff having a pillow fight. Hazardous slippery area by front entrance left unaddressed. We are unlikely to stay at a Marriott again, as standards have fallen pretty low.
