This is a quality hotel...

Liked: Conference Center was a nice location. The food that was part of the retreat was good. Our group loved the personal attention we received from Val with catering.
Disliked: A friend and I shared a room with a king and sofa bed. I had the sofa bed which was less than impressive. The worst mattress I’ve slept on in a hotel. Many attendees at the retreat had a king bed with a sofa bed and the few I talked to had the same experience. The hotel should up their game and provide a quality mattress on their sofa beds.

Disliked: The room temp on the 4th floor was challenging to maintain. Arrived to an extra warm room that never lost much heat even as we reduced temp to 65. Heat rises. Poor night sleep. Water temp for shower adequate but rather cool.

Disliked: The thermostat would always go up to 72 after I set it low for 65 then we come back to room it was stuffyfor quite while before going down to set temp
