Liked: Our room was very nice and comfortable but the refrigerator was not working properly. They were able to bring in another one that did work. The pool/spa was not open for use which was a selling point for us to enjoy. There was not a complementary breakfast. Also a demerit. The place was a little run down. I was required to pay the deposit twice, since I stayed two nights. It still doesn't make sense to me. The deposit should be paid once for the duration of our stay. It was a staycation for us, so for that, it was satisfactory. Not exceptional.

Disliked: Not kid friendly, complained that my son who had autism was too loud at 8 pm and requested for us go outside! Staff was very rude and disrespectful

Disliked: Bait and switch. Booked at 129/nite. Charged $200 at check in. Also room had a door connecting to another room- might as well have been in my room. Very loud and could hear everything. Certainly not a &200 stay. Bed not good
