Liked: I love that in years of staying at this hotel, because family close by, I have always been able to get a room, staff is usually very nice. I have only had 1 time, the staff acted unprofessional and were rude. Other than that this is by far my favorite hotel of any I have stayed at. The pool and hot tub are always clean and working. They have a beautiful area with a fire pit. Great for socializing with family or others.

Liked: Great location first of all. Check in was fast and friendly, great size room, great amenities...
Disliked: The bed... the bed was so uncomfortable. I had back and neck pain from the bed, otherwise it was great.
