Disliked: The additional charge just to park my car was ridiculous.

A motel, not hotel, that...

Disliked: I arrived on Friday, for my reservation, and the office was closed. Ileft 5 voicemails, but never received a call back. I had no way of knowingmy room, or a way to get into my room. I need an immediate refund, iwill contact Booking.com and raise this issue.SO, i never got to use your facility, you left me without lodging thenight before a critical race.
