Bad just bad

Liked: Rooms were clean
Disliked: The TV streaming services didn't work, The phone in the room didn't work. Staff couldn't do anything about it. We were woken up twice by far alarms one 4:00 a.m. in the morning and other 7:00 a.m. in the morning. And there was no fire. And there might have been a rodent in the wall. Shitty experience

The staff did nothing to...

Liked: I was told the hours of breakfast the night i checked in. The next morning, they said there was no complimentary breakfast. They told me the lady was new the night before. Even if she said that the hlurs were without the words complimentary, I think that is very misleading. I don't buy hotels without a free breakfast and if this was overlooked, your staff did nothing to help this situation. Just a sorry and No Courtyards have complimentary breakfast. This threw off the planning of my whole day. I had to leave right away. Go all the way home to eat and then go to my next destination. I was in the area with the hotel where I needed to go. You need a sign-no FREE breakfast. Be honest and upfront. It was not and I won't pay $140 a night for that experience. The fridge in our room was also broken.
