The first day we had towels the next day we had 1 face towel and 1 wash cloth and two towels. We asked for more towels but never got any. Also the fridge didn't work and we had to ask for another one.

Hotel location good, room clean,...

Liked: Pool was very dirty, the main reason to reserve this hotel is to use the pool with the kids on these hot days and pool was very dirty.
Disliked: Pool location inside the hotel is great, but wasn’t clean, elevator was very old and the gap between the door and the elevator make it unsafe.the staff member who gave us the room wasn’t pleasent, he explained things quickly didn’t want to answer our questions and left us to sit down with his friend in the lobby before we finished asking questions.The reservation included breakfast and within all three days we were supposed to start arguing with the kitchen lady that we do have breakfast, and we needed each time to talk with the front desk to let them call the lady on the other side to tell her we do have breakfast included, that was awful feeling every morning.
