Great hotel, had everything we...

Liked: Great facilities, nice big rooms with excellent showers, work station, coffee and fridge. Bed was very comfortable and we couldn’t hear any motorway noise. Staff were lovely and bar onsite was nice for a nightcap.
Disliked: Having a couple plates and cutlery would have been handy.

Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: Pool wasn't heated. Christine at the reception did not give us the receipt or the email when one room was checking out. We had 3 rooms. She was taking forever to process the receipt. Our brother was getting late so she said she would give us his receipt and would email the same too. The next day when we asked her again, she said she has emailed, but she was lying and then she said she can't give us the hard copy as it has to be given to the guest only and he has gone. She totally ignored the earlier day's conversation. Then the senior staff member told her to send the email, but that wasn't done too. It was very frustrating.
