Superb

Convenient, Comfortable and Friendly Place...

Liked: The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and inviting. We did not use the bar area, but the food looked tasty. I like that our room had a sofa area, microwave and mini fridge. I like that the room included "real" drinking glasses, not just plastic ones. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The A/C worked very well. I appreciated the makeup romover pad, and I promptly received a second one for our second night from the front desk when I requested it.
Disliked: There was no Kleenex in the room. My husband and I both suffer from allergies, so we found ourselves having to fashion Kleenex from the toilet paper. While the bed and bedding were very comfortable, the pillows were mediocre. There were 4 pillows, but they were all very soft. Toiletries were minimal. It would have been nice to have body lotion as well.

Superb

Liked: Everything was lovely, nicely decorated for Christmas, and the rooms were clean and quiet.
Disliked: The bathrooms, while clean, didn't match the high-end feel of the rest of the hotel.

Just what I needed

Liked: Clean and nice location relative to where we had our meetings.
Disliked: Bistro was cool to have but more than a bit pricey … too pricey.

Disappointed

Liked: Location and staff.
Disliked: No hot shower (luke warm water only) the first two days until we moved rooms. Not once was the room cleaned during our stay. We were not given any caffeinated coffee in our room (decaf only). We ran out of toilet paper in our room as well as the public washroom near the lobby. (I had to swipe some tp from the cleaning cart nearby). I don't mind paying for good service, however, I found that it is overpriced for the experience we had.

Clean but disappointing.

Liked: The room and beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. The location was good for what we were doing.
Disliked: The room only had 3 decaf pods for coffee. The front desk only had decaf coffee pods also. There is a Starbucks satellite location but it was not open in the morning and nobody was sure when they might open. No breakfast but one expects that from Courtyard these days. There is a bistro on location that serves odd gourmet items for breakfast.No free coffee either. Front desk personnel are unconcerned. Overpriced for what the customer receives.

Pleasant

I had a wonderful experience...

Liked: The location was wonderful for me and the staff were very welcoming, pleasant, helpful and nice!! The room was very comfortable and the shower was superb!!
Disliked: NA

My bed sheets had little...

Disliked: My bed sheets had little hairs all over it and small stains. Two of the towels in the bathroom had definitely been used. One had green snot on it. The coffee condiments were opened and half used. There is no way that they cleaned my room in between guests. I called to let them know all of this. The lady at the front desk brought me new sheets and I had to replace the dirty sheets and put the clean ones on. She just told me to place the dirty ones out in the hallway.
