Liked: Room comfortable. Clean.
Disliked: Sofa bed not comfortable.

Disliked: The bathroom smelled of sewer, I called down to the desk multiple times for noise issues and could never get a response on the phone

Disappointment, deceitful, lack of commitment...

Disliked: I selected this hotel through Booking with breakfast included. Upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast would be a choice of what to eat and not a buffet. So far, so good. However, in the morning when we went to breakfast, the option was a Starbucks store inside the hotel and everything paid at hotel prices (more expensive). I sent an email to Booking, who did nothing, just like this hotel scam. Marriot is disappointed with this strategy towards customers, since we often use this hotel chain.
