Liked: Great staff, perfect location. All smooth and easy.

Okay but tv did not...

Liked: The tv did not work in room 226, we did not know this until after 9pm. The service person sent to try to help us had no clue as to how the tv was to be hooked up.

Disliked: Free wifi was terrible. Constantly dropping offline and very slow. There is an option to purchase faster wifi but travelers are alteady nickeled and dimed for far too many things.
