Liked: Clean, comfortable, Bistro was convenient, staff friendly and helpful

Very poor

Liked: The shuttle.
Disliked: No house keeping, had get linen from front desk. Trash can running over. Tree's outside have bad health, broken limbs hitting vehicles l.dead trees. No body wants to speak English.dirty floors and elevators.

Good price, but the noise...

Liked: Good size room and comfortable shower
Disliked: The noise of the AC was very loud. Outside temperature was very high, also during the night, so the AC switched on frequently.

Disliked: They are renovating and was not aware and was disappointed for what was advertised was not up to standard for what I paid.

Nice property. Room was large...

Liked: The location was great as we were attending a conference at The Gaylord Hotel.
Disliked: The breakfast was very skimpy and in a crowded space.

Liked: Super nice hotel in a good location! Our room was clean and loved the shower!
Disliked: Only part about the stay that was annoying was having to go back and forth from the room to the front desk due to the hotels system messing up.
