Better than sleeping in a...

Disliked: Check in. I booked room for an employee and staff did not recognize name. I had to travel 30Minutes in snow storm to get employee checked in his own name.

Disliked: We had a series of mishaps… fire alarm battery went out and beeped all night-when alerted next morning, not replaced; toilet clogged and needed plunging (supplied plunger by floor staff quickly,which we did ourselves); couldn’t get in room door-battery needed replacing (which was done by staff immediately)
