Disappointing this was to be...
Disliked: I was so disappointed and explained my displeasure and was promised a call back by the GM never got a callback my husband was locked out of our room even though I had paid an excessive fee to stay when I was assured by the front desk clerk this wouldn’t happen I had to leave an event to come back to the hotel to get this straightened out No compensation just a bottle of water and some nuts

No frills value in Addison
Liked: Quiet. It is set back off of Midway, so traffic noise is nil.
Disliked: The surroundings are a bit odd. Tough to find on google maps if coming from the south on Midway. A larger sign might help. The property itself looks and smells a little old. There were some bad smells in the stairwells, and you use those stairs bc there is only one small elevator placed peculiarly at a far corner of the hallways. It is just an odd (old?) layout for a hotel. Rooms were clean though, except for some white powdery stuff in a couple far corners of the room. Don’t know if it was drywall residue, roach powder, or whatStaff was great.Very good value for the Addison/North Dallas areas..

Good
Liked: The staff helped me contact booking.com to get my reservation corrected it only took 3hrs.. thank yall for that
Disliked: I didn't like the fact they didn't have my reservation that I booked over a month ago with booking.com and you had absolutely no number to speak to anyone personally. I'll probably never use your service again. Had to rebook the room at double the rate.
