Liked: The location was convenient and safe. It was close to many things.
Disliked: Our bathtub drained backed up on the first day. The toilet had noises as if it was trying to constantly fill the tank. The bed kept squeaking every time one of us would turn.

Liked: Very comfortable ,clean , friendly, accommodating and patience especially my husband has Alzheimer’s needed extra time checking out and helping with our luggage. The staff and management went above understanding and kindness. I will highly recommend the Cypress Courtyard

Liked: The room was elegant, clean, comfortable, and everything worked great. Loved the lobby Christmas decor, very welcoming but not overwhelming. Staff was super friendly and helpful and I got a wonderful night's sleep when I needed it.
Disliked: The Marriott WiFi is a bit tricky to access. It looks like to have to make an account but there was eventually a hidden normal guest login.

Liked: Check-in staff was excellent and quick.. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was also very clean. The room was quiet. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Check out staff was excellent also.
