I would stay here again

Liked: I like when I told the staff that I was getting married my bridesmaid would be coming to get the hair done in the morning they made it to where we got a room close to the door so we could come in and out so easily

Bad experience

Disliked: TV was stuck on text to speech, and the remote didn't work properly. Staff tried to help, and they said they'd replace the TV the next day but didn't. Offered to move us the second day, but we were already settled in. AC didn't work either. Only came on at 60 degrees, then wouldn't stay on. Online says there's a restaurant, but there's not. They didn't have any food available and said it's due to short staff. We'll never stay here again, which is unfortunate because we usually enjoy staying with Marriot.

Worst experience ever at a...

Liked: It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed 1st room #241 tv didn't work, 2nd #234 room ac and bathroom (toilet) wasn't flushing, 3rd #236 room was dirty small soap opened and used/ the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash empty and not on the wall it was left on the shower floor finally the 4th room #326 it was better but the cable did not work by this time it was 3 am and the night clerk Melinda told me she couldn't be changing rooms, I told her she was going to change rooms until we found one that was clean, the ac and tv working. I never had such a bad experience at a hotel before in my life. I booked there 3 years ago which I was very satisfied with and I booked a whole week over there for my son and daughter in law in March of 2023 and it was very nice so I have no idea how come it got so horribly bad!
