Liked: There was not much here that we liked. The staff was mediocre and the facility was disappointing. The location was decent I guess. And the beds were pretty comfortable.
Disliked: The price was extremely high for the area and for the facility cleanliness. Our room smelled like mildew, there were water stains on the ceiling, and the bathroom was very outdated. Not a huge deal for a cheaper hotel, but our expectations were considerably higher considering the price. We also paid an additional $10 for breakfast to be included. On top of that, we ordered (and paid again) for 3 coffees and 3 muffins at the "coffee bar" the next morning. The person behind the counter was the only one working and was very overwhelmed with the number of requests. We waited 30 minutes for the 3 coffees and waited another 15 for our muffins before we finally just left.

Liked: Very good value for the area. We are repeat customers at this location. We find several attractive options for activities nearby. The atmosphere is always calm and pleasant.
Disliked: We happened upon a room that suffered a broken AC unit and an unresponsive television set. Waiting for the engineer seemed to take longer than it might have (45 minutes). He attempted to repair the problems before reporting to the desk that the AC would need further attention and couldn't be repaired at that time (it was nearly 10pm). The front desk seemed to require some convincing on his part that we should be re-roomed, but he was eventually able to move us (just two doors away) to a comparable room. The room key swap did not go smoothly, but was resolved in the morning.

Disliked: I made reservations because it was stated by Booking.com that there was EV charging at the property. That was not true.

Liked: The night staff was exceptional. We arrived late at night about midnight and he made our check-in easy and quick.
