Liked: Clean & was granted our request for a handicap accessible room for disabled daughter. Grateful to have first floor & ice machine right across the hall.
Disliked: No secure WiFi when they advertise it on website, no continental breakfast, no microwave in room & charged to park in parking lot!

Disliked: There was a leak in the wall. I had to move rooms because of the flooding. The new room that I was put in I had to kill three bugs/spiders in the bathroom. The carpet was soaking wet which tracked dirty door prints into my room. The side door did not work, so to take my service dog in and out I had to go around, they offered me a free dinner and then when I forgot to use it since I checked out two days later, they just said oh well
