I loved the comfort of the room and the bed was heaven! You would definitely love this hotel. Everyone was friendly and it is surrounded by many of your favorite shops and restaurants.

Nice hotel, great location, terrible...

Liked: Did not take advantage of breakfast.
Disliked: Housekeeping was terrible. Failed to clean room or replenish towels or linens 4 of 5 day stay despite complaining to desk everyday. Finally had to get managers involved to get trash cans emptied, fresh towels, and bed made (no fresh linens) on last day. Ruined an other wise pleasant stay.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and perfect location for our evening plans we had.
Disliked: 10 o'clock am house keeping knocking on the door when check out isn't until 12. I was up because we were leaving but they did knock on my sister's door also and they were still in bed. If I would've been sleeping I would've been very upset.
