Very clean room.

Liked: Nice room.

Disliked: On the website it said you had a hot tub. That is the only reason we picked your hotel - but there was no hot tub. Also, sofa bed had no sheets on it and none in closet to put on it. Nasty. $150 a night for that!

Liked: Left for the airport at 4am so didn't try the breakfast. The bed was comfortable though.
Disliked: I was VERY disappointed that the van driver was off site at 3:30pm on a Friday and could not pick me up at the airport - as had been promised. WORSE, the staff who took my call repeatedly told me the driver would pick me up in about 10 minutes. After seeing me waiting for nearly an hour, a neighboring hotel driver took pity on me and drove me back. (I tipped him very well!) Using soft tones, I reported the problem to the hotel manager. She appreciated the situation and promised to talk with the staff, but offered no compensation for my trouble. I won't be staying at this property again.

Not happy and demanding for...

Liked: No breakfast was served because the kitchen was closed and my booking was with breakfast for 4 for 7 days, nothing was served for me and my family. Also the management was very bad, no communication was made and when asked all we got was the hotel was going through some changes which is not our fault so I am demanding for a refund . The location of the hotel is good

Liked: I lived everything with the hotel from the beginning to the end. They picked me up at the airport, got me a very cozy spacious room, were helpful getting known to the city, and arranged the airport transfer after check out.

Booking.com payment wasn't accepted and...

Liked: Comfy and nice. Staff was nice to help me with my issue.
Disliked: I paid through Booking.com and Klarna for my stay, but when I got there, they apperany don't accept third party payments and can only be paid in the building upon check in. I wasn't told this until after I checked and saw I was charged the whole stay instead of just a small security deposit. However, when I came back to her and asked her, she explained to me and guided me on how to try and get my money back on the first payment.
