Very clean room.

Liked: Nice room.

Disliked: On the website it said you had a hot tub. That is the only reason we picked your hotel - but there was no hot tub. Also, sofa bed had no sheets on it and none in closet to put on it. Nasty. $150 a night for that!

Disliked: The bistro the food took forever and it was cold. Should have been hot for the price I paid

Liked: I lived everything with the hotel from the beginning to the end. They picked me up at the airport, got me a very cozy spacious room, were helpful getting known to the city, and arranged the airport transfer after check out.

Booking.com payment wasn't accepted and...

Liked: Comfy and nice. Staff was nice to help me with my issue.
Disliked: I paid through Booking.com and Klarna for my stay, but when I got there, they apperany don't accept third party payments and can only be paid in the building upon check in. I wasn't told this until after I checked and saw I was charged the whole stay instead of just a small security deposit. However, when I came back to her and asked her, she explained to me and guided me on how to try and get my money back on the first payment.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: Our room air didn’t work, we had no phone access in our room. Although there was a phone on the nightstand, it didn’t have a cord to it. We had to use our cell to call the front desk. Once we got to speak with someone, Lisa, she stated she could move us but she couldn’t bring us a room key as there was no other staff there to bring us the key. I went to the front desk to get a new key and there was a male working who was helpful but clearly there was other staff there. The next room we were in, the smell of weed was over powering! Horrible !!! I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Liked: The breakfast was decent, but the area near Columbus is less than desirable. The manners of the staff wouldn't keep a business alive for long back home.
Disliked: Columbus as a whole.

Liked: Looked very nice in the lobby.
Disliked: Was told my room would have a couch, it didn’t. They wouldn’t help in any way with that. Then the room I was stuck with had damage to the walls and the plug in cover was broken. Room wasn’t very sound proof you could hear everything from the hallway.Didn’t have a microwave.Didn’t have an ironing board with iron.Beds wasn’t comfortable and the pillows was worse than the beds.
