Overall the stay was wonderful...

Liked: The friendly staff. Very quite and comfortable. Nice view.
Disliked: The bar person was a bit unknowledgeable.

Disliked: During my check-in, I was informed that 'Breakfast is Included in Room Rate', and I received a small paper card labeled 'Bistro' which stated this along with the options for breakfast. I made my selections and at checkout, I was presented with a bill that included additional charges for what I had consumed. I understand that if something is included in the Room Rate, I shouldn't have to pay for it separately; otherwise, it is not included. Moreover, after returning home, I contacted the hotel twice seeking an explanation, but I have not received any response. It's a pity. Additionally, in my room, there was a cooling system that ran continuously and couldn't be turned off. It was so noisy that it made sleeping very difficult. Despite asking both the receptionist and room service for assistance with the issue, I was informed that it couldn't be turned off. As a result, I had to attempt to sleep for several nights in very noisy conditions.

Disliked: After selecting this hotel because it had a restaurant/bar, we were very disappointed to find it not open.. It was supposed to be open from 5 to 10 but when we arrived at 6, it was still closed and dark. The young lady at the front desk said the "the bartender usually was there at 4:45 so she guessed that it wasn't going to open." And it didn't! One would think that Marriott through its agents would have ensured that one person's schedule glitches didn't affect all of their customers.
