Disappointing

Liked: staff was great/ room was very clean
Disliked: worst water pressure i ever encountered. will not stay at that location again. / also the big Suprise AFTER i booked. no parking xtra $27.00 a night for that !

Liked: Clean, within walking distance of UH.
Disliked: Mattresses were uncomfortable, especially for the price. Cell service was nonexistent.

Easy walk to Case Western...

Liked: The location was perfect for my visit to Case Western University. The hotel staff was pleasant and welcoming. I was able to check in early, which I appreciated. I was able to use the fitness center during my stay and it was very clean and new. The bed was comfortable. I used there business center/printer which was appreciated.
Disliked: The room I was assigned to me was clean but I found stains on the carpet, bed and furniture, so I felt the room was dirty seeing that. I asked to switch rooms and they were able to accommodate.I felt dirty in the hotel after seeing the stains in my first room. I wish there was a better restaurant attached to it. Overall they are minor things, I was there less than 24 hours. I was mostly there for sleeping and the bed was comfortable.

Nice, clean, and perfect location...

Liked: B'fast OK, though a bit more limited than it could have been, even for a quick bite. After having recently stayed at a Marriott, my teen son had been looking forward to granola, but this place didn't have.
Disliked: The TV channel my son was looking for for watching basketball game was not available. Not a lot of water pressure in the shower.
