More than one employee went above and beyond to get ice, print directions, say hello etc. during this stay. Room was comfortable (bed was an AHH!), clean, and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cleveland.

Liked: This was a first rate, customer sevice oriented, convenient hotel. We saw a show downtown. This room worked out well!

Disliked: Confusion on complimentary breakfast. So we were not prepared and had to seek other arrangements

Liked: Staff were very good.
Disliked: Coffee in the Bistro very expensive. Most Marriott’s I have stayed at had free coffee in the morning
