Disappointed by lack of basic...

Liked: Rooms were nice.
Disliked: Staff entered our room and didn’t make the bed. They collected towels on the floor of the bathroom but didn’t replace them. They didn’t restock our coffee or cups. For the money spent on this hotel (over an economy hotel that was cheaper yet lacked basic services like cleaning our room on multiple night stays in the past) we expected a little more. When asked, we were told by the front desk that rooms only get “turned over” if you stay “more than 2 or 3 days”. Had I known that I would have saved my money and stayed at the Hampton Inn a few hundred feet away. Not to mention Hampton Inn includes breakfast. Kinda lame. Sorry.

The staff was very friendly...

Had high hopes for a...

Liked: They use large shampoo and conditioner as opposed to small plastic throw away containers. When I asked for some compensation for the condition of the rooms the manager removed any fee. This I was thankful for.
Disliked: The cleaning people just remade the bed and didnt change the sheets. Found a sock in the bed I was in. Told the front desk, they moved me to a room that had an over whelming smell of bleach. Like they were covering up something bad. Moved to the 3rd room. Towels had worn holes. Coffee couldn’t be made decent with the powdered cream and sugars. Shower supplies broken off the wall. Plus the location was behind a closed mall adding to the not great experience. The water in the shower wouldn’t drain.
