Liked: The stay was responsive to issues that were brought to their attention.
Disliked: The pillow on the bed was from the previous person who stayed in the room, it was visibly used and dingy. There was blood on the couch and it was visibly filthy. I was moved into another room in which the soap from the previous person in the room and lots of body hair was left in the shower. The towels were stained with dirt stains and the furniture was visibly filthy. I turned the couch cushion over in hopes that it would be cleaner and yet again more filth.

Disappointed by lack of basic...

Liked: Rooms were nice.
Disliked: Staff entered our room and didn’t make the bed. They collected towels on the floor of the bathroom but didn’t replace them. They didn’t restock our coffee or cups. For the money spent on this hotel (over an economy hotel that was cheaper yet lacked basic services like cleaning our room on multiple night stays in the past) we expected a little more. When asked, we were told by the front desk that rooms only get “turned over” if you stay “more than 2 or 3 days”. Had I known that I would have saved my money and stayed at the Hampton Inn a few hundred feet away. Not to mention Hampton Inn includes breakfast. Kinda lame. Sorry.
