Staff should be instructed to...

Liked: Rooms were nice.
Disliked: Wasn’t told about the renovation. Poor signage to direct guests from the parking lot to check in. Breakfast was very simple and lackluster.

Horrible

Liked: The area
Disliked: The manager was rude and checking in took almost 20 minutes. He said I had to pay another way because people don’t pay from booking.com I’ve never had a problem.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff members were great, helpful and very professional.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. The room was dusty. The air conditioner was loud and difficult to regulate. The room was either too hot or too cold.
